Delivery locations
Inaddition to Germany, we regularly deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. If you would like to have our products delivered to another location, please contact us for details.
Delivery time
Delivery times are 2-3 weeks (DACH) or 3-5 weeks (BeNeLux, ES, FR, IT, and PT on request) for the SOLO phone booth and 4-8 weeks for the QUATTRO and Deepwork, depending on the destination country. If payment is made in advance, the delivery time starts from receipt of payment.
Shipping process SOLO
Wedeliver directly to your office in cooperation with forwarding agents. Our two-man teams ensure that the telephone boxes are brought to where they are to be set up - provided all paths are clear and the destination is accessible. If you have booked a set-up service, the delivery team will also be responsible for the set-up - if your order also includes QUATTROs, please refer to the information on the QUATTRO (see below).
We do not deliver to packing stations. A pickup of the goods is an irregular service that can be arranged in exceptional cases.
QUATTRO and Deepwork shipping methods.
We deliver directly to your office in cooperation with forwarding agents. The delivery and assembly of the QUATTRO cabin is always carried out by two different teams. They arrive on site at the same time to ensure that the assembly team unloads the truck and proceeds with transportation into the building and assembly. If all paths are accessible and spacious enough, this takes them about 4 hours.
We do not deliver to packing stations. A pickup of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
Move
If you are relocating or simply want to refurnish your premises, we will be happy to support you with an assembly team for the relocation of your QUATTRO. The relocation of a SOLO can also be carried out by an untrained team (internal or external) - if required, we will be happy to provide you with the assembly instructions.
